Return and Cancellation Terms
CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN TERMS
GENERAL:
When you place an order electronically via the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the products.
Shipping costs, including product delivery, will be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer, within 30 days, without exceeding the statutory period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the order, and with any related documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.
In the event that the purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD IN PURCHASES:
If it is determined that the payment card used for the purchase was misused by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered and the payment has not been made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, at the seller’s expense.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
If force majeure events arise that the seller could not foresee and prevent the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, a replacement with a similar product, or a postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment made in cash will be refunded within 14 days after cancellation. If the payment was made via credit card, it will be refunded within 14 days, though it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to process the refund.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting them; any damaged or defective items such as dents, cracks, or torn packaging should not be accepted from the courier. If the product is accepted, it is assumed to be in good condition. The buyer must protect the product carefully after receipt. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product must not have been used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the buyer or the person/institution at the address indicated, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller via the contact details below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the product purchased is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. If the service contract has begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used according to the provisions of the “Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used” clause in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party, (if the invoice is corporate, the return invoice issued by the company must be sent along with the returned product. Orders with invoices issued on behalf of institutions cannot be processed without a RETURN INVOICE).
A return form, along with the product’s box, packaging, and any accessories, must be delivered intact and undamaged.
RETURN TERMS:
The SELLER must return the total amount and documents binding the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. The product must be returned within 20 days.
If the buyer causes a decrease in the value of the product or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller’s damages in proportion to the buyer’s fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and damages caused by proper use within the withdrawal period.
If the buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal causes the discount to drop below the campaign limit, the discount enjoyed within the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Products prepared according to the buyer’s specific requests or personal needs, which cannot be returned (such as lingerie, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, personal hygiene products, perishable goods, products with a short shelf life), items whose packaging has been opened, products that have been mixed with other goods and cannot be separated, periodicals like newspapers or magazines, electronic services, or intangible goods, and software, data storage devices, computer supplies, and opened packaging are not eligible for return. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the buyer defaults on a credit card payment, the buyer agrees to pay interest as per the credit card agreement with the bank and accepts liability toward the bank. The bank may take legal action and demand the costs and attorney fees from the buyer, and the buyer will be responsible for compensating the seller for any damages caused by the delayed payment.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Bank transfers or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) can be made to any of our bank accounts (in TL).
You can also use your credit cards to make a one-time payment or choose installment options for online payments. The payment will be charged to your card at the end of your order.
